We’d love to hear from You! 2 Comments RiverCityKitty on October 22, 2018 at 9:52 am I know that I tend to block out other people when I’m stressed, and lately I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten into the habit of retreating into myself too often. This week I want to make an effort to interact more fully with the people around me. I know that connecting matters, and improves things for everyone involved. I just need to make it my focus for a little while to reorient, I think. Log in to Reply Intention on October 22, 2018 at 8:29 am I’m currently caught in a story (in my mind) about a friend – I feel she’s in denial and should be making some changes to improve her relationship and quality of life, but I feel resistance from her to entertain this. It frustrates me. I’d like to shift focus from frustration to wishing her well, so this week I’d like to be mindful of when I find myself stuck in the same story and feelings of frustration. I’d like to notice this so that I can change my story – it doesn’t help my friend if I’m frustrated but it might help her if I wish her well.
